Cancellation & No-Show Policy Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To respect my time and accommodate other clients, I kindly ask that you review and follow the cancellation policy below. Cancellation Policy Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule their appointment and may be charged the late cancellation fee. No-Show Policy Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without any notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. A valid card is required to book future appointments. After two no-shows, online booking privileges may be revoked, and future appointments may require payment in full at the time of booking. Emergencies I understand that true emergencies happen. If an unexpected emergency prevents you from attending your appointment, please contact me as soon as possible. Exceptions may be made at my discretion.
